How many podcast subscriptions may I select?
You may select as many as you want, though it's best not to select too many. If you provide too many choices, your users are less likely to listen to any at all.
Once I've selected my podcast subscriptions, can I change them later?
Yes, you may modify your selections after completing your purchase. In fact, you will have the ability to download up to three different configurations. So, should you need to add or remove feeds after the initial download, you will have two more opportunities to modify and download the software.
Can I add my logo to my Juice?
Yes! That capability is now available in Level 2.
Choose your own price -- what does that mean?
To help make Juice available to everyone we offer the possibility of creating your own price. (Yes, that's not a misprint.) For example, for Juice One we recommend $50 -- but you may pay more or less according to your generosity, social situation, or how the spirit moves you. There's a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $100. Of course we appreciate your generosity, and supporting the Lemon team (us) always results in good things happening to everyone!
How is my payment transacted?
You can pay using your credit card or via PayPal. Whichever way you choose to pay, you will be routed through Paypal, but don't need to be a member to make your purchase.
What level of security do you provide for transactions?
We use SSL (secure socket layer) data encryption for payment transactions and to provide security while you review and create your own Juice.
Is the store also licensed under the GPL (general public license)?
No the store is not GPL-ed. Which means this service is closed, though the actual Juices which are created are still free software and licensed under the GPL. So you may distribute as many copies of your own Juice as you like. So if you are capable (and feeling particularly geeky, with a few weeks of spare time) you may copy our software, and create your own branded Juice.
Do I have to host the file installers on my servers?
Yes, at least for now. We're planning to offer to fullfill this function. Check back!
What if a new update is available?
When we release updates to the current version, you will receive notifications via the Juice software and be able to take advantage of the new features. New versions require upgrading.
The appearance of URLs in my Juice appear strange, but work just fine? What's going on?
We have noticed this issue --- Juice's a bit too zealous in its effort to make feed URLs look friendly in the Subscriptions tab, and truncates any terminating question marks (?) and query arguments when displaying them. A fix is on the way. The appearance doesn't affect its ability to funtion, so please continue to enjoy your Juice!

Is there any way to remove the directory tab or to clear its contents?
No, currently there is no way to remove the directory tab or to clear its contents. If there is sufficient interest we will consider adding this feature in a future update to the store. If we do, when that update becomes available, Level 2 customers will be able to re-build their custom Juices at no extra charge.
